Rev. Betty Ann Lampkin-McMillen, a graduate of RHEMA Bible Training College, has a powerful gift and anointing from the Holy Spirit to minister to the Body of Christ, and to bring the people into a place of worship where the very presence of the Father is manifested.

God’s glory fills the place as she ministers to the Lord. Her sensitivity to the Holy Spirit enables the people to be brought into the realm of the Spirit through Praise and Worship, where they have never entered before; and when people enter that realm they are healed, delivered and set free by the very presence and power of God.

As an apostle, Rev. McMillen, carries an anointing to release the gifts and callings upon His people and to set in place a divine order in their lives as well as in the church organization.

She ministers to the lost, the sick and the oppressed in every land, while God confirms His Word with signs and wonders. The gifts of the Holy Spirit flow during her meetings and crusades with freshness and power. Wherever she ministers, God shows up in all His power and glory to bless the people.

Betty is a wonderful teacher/evangelist, she has a supernatural anointing on her life in the Gifts of the Holy Spirit for Healing, Miracles, and the Prophetic Word. Pastor James E. Byars, Jr. was born the second child to James E. Byars, Sr. and Otha E. Byars, Louisville, KY on June 12, 1966. James married Carmen D. Smith July 18, 1992.

James has a 2 year Ministerial Training Course Diploma from Rhema Bible Training Center, Tulsa, OK (Rev. Kenneth Hagin). James is a graduate of the “Crenshaw Christian Center Correspondence School (Apostle Frederick K.C. Price). James was also ordained July 26, 2007 under the application and direction of Apostle Frederick K.C. Price and the Board Members of the “Fellowship Of International Christian Word of Faith Ministries (FICWFM), where he has been a member since 2002.

From October 1998-December 2003, James was the pastor of Evangel West, Louisville, KY, under the direction of Dr. Bob Rodgers, Evangel Christian World Prayer Center. In January 2004, he founded and Pastors Fountain of Faith Christian Center (FFCC), Louisville, KY. He is also an instructor at the Kingdom Training Center Bible School in Louisville, KY.

James has 3 children, 2 with his wife Carmen, James E. Byars, III (Kim , spouse) and Raven S. Byars, and his oldest daughter, Anntanique Baughens (Kevin,spouse). He has 5 grandchildren Malachi, Caliyah, Reagan, Bryson, and Braylon.

Minister Carmen Byars was born (Nuremburg, Germany), the 5th child of the late Archie B. Smith, and Inez Smith-Cobb both of Ackerman, MS, on November 15, 1965. She has two brothers and two sisters that reside in S.C., FL, and MD, and her mother resides in Gainesville, FL. In July 1992, Carmen married the handsome James E. Byars, Jr. She, her husband and children reside in Crestwood, KY.

In May 1990 she graduated from University of Florida, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and in May 1999 she graduated from Spalding University where she received her Master of Science in Nursing, in the Family Nurse Practitioner Tract. She is currently employed with Robley Rex VA Medical Center. She and her husband are graduates of the Crenshaw Christian Center, Faith Correspondence School, Los Angeles, CA, Apostle Frederick K.C. Price.

Carmen was born again April 1991 and spirit filled January 1992. She is a member of and an ordained Minister through formerly, Fellowship of International Christian Word of Faith Ministries (FICWFM), now known as, The Fellowship, Apostle Frederick K.C. Price, Los Angeles, CA, founder, along with her husband James. She is honored to be a teacher of the Word of God. She compels others to live a Godly life of abundance in every area (spirit, soul, and body), represent Christ well in all they do, live a lifestyle of faith and to allow the Word of God to renew their minds. She gets great joy in seeing God’s people prosper by listening to the Word, doing the Word and then allowing the Word of God to transform their lives.

She is the First Lady of Fountain of Faith Christian Center (FFCC), Louisville, KY, where she works along side her husband James. Together Rev. James and Minister Carmen Byars have committed to reach, restore, teach, to impact all spirit, soul and body. They teach the Word of faith with simplicity and understanding, so their members can walk by faith and not by sight. Minister Byars is the Founder and Director of their Women’s Ministry – Women of The Word (WOW). She also assist in the Finance Department and Helps Ministry Department.

However, her highest calling is that to her husband of 25 years, James, her children Nikki (Kevin, spouse), James III (Kimberly, spouse), Raven and her 3 grandchildren Malachi , Caliyah , Reagan, Bryson, and Braylon.

Cynthia A. Shelby is an inspirational thought leader, educator, and pastor who is passionate about teaching and leadership. She is the founder of Perceive Ministries, a ministry which empowers people to grow and to gain a Biblical worldview for everyday living . Her ministry merges personal development with Biblical- based applications. Perceive Ministries hosts seasonal studies, workshops, conferences, and provides practical teaching according to the Titus 2 framework.

Pastor Shelby holds a bachelor of arts in Journalism/Advertising and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Kentucky. She obtained a principal’s certification for the state of Kentucky and a biblical studies certification through the Word of Faith Bible School. Pastor Cynthia is a public speaker and the author of a devotional titled, “Who Do You Say That I Am.” For the last twenty five years, she has served as a public school educator. She and her husband, Stanett Shelby Sr., are Family Life Pastors at Family Worship Center in Lexington, KY. Together, they have two beautiful children Stanett Jr. and Sydney They reside in Lexington, Kentucky.
